The Government of Saskatchewan, as represented by the Ministries of Agriculture and
Environment, is proposing to update The Provincial Lands Act (1978), and is planning to introduce draft legislation this summer to address deficiencies in the Act, as well as, to improve Crown land administration and client services. Continue reading
